Specific Services
HCI and its staff are committed to working with high risk youth who meet the eligibility criteria by providing:
- Case management
- Establish or maintain school placement
- Help finding safe, secure, and stable housing
- Family conflict resolution & mediation
- Intensive, goal-directed counseling
- Outreach and referrals to other community supports
- Parenting support and education
To ensure that the needs of youth are met in the least restrictive manner, services are:
- Delivered in the community where youth are identified
- Short term – up to six months in duration
- Provided by licensed social workers
- Individualized
- Child-centered, family focused, strength based and work to normalize parental expectations & youth development
- Focused on natural supports when possible
