Children's Targeted Case Management Position! 

Home Counselors Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Children's Case Manager to join our Targeted Case Management team in the Rockland area!

This position will provide a wide range of services to include: assessing needs, care plan development and facilitation, advocacy, and linkage, coordination, and monitoring of services.

Home Counselors Inc is a private, nonprofit agency designed to provide an array of child centered, family focused services to young people and their families.

The primary purpose of Home Counselors Inc. is to enhance and promote the integration and cohesiveness of families and youth living in the mid-coast and central areas of the State of Maine.

Requirements:  HCI seeks motivated, energetic, highly skilled individuals who share a value and commitment to strengthening families and their children through the delivery of quality focused services. Must be dependable, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:  BA/BS in social work, psychology, child development, human services, or related field will be considered.
