Who is Eligible for Services?
   
  To be eligible for services you must:
   
¯ Be under 21 years of age
¯ Agree to take part in counseling
¯ Be identified in or have a family that resides in either Waldo, Knox or Lincoln County, or along the Route 1 corridor between Wiscasset and Bath.
¯ Allow Home Counselors Inc. to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18 years of age, (except in emergencies)
